Terms of Sale
By placing an order through the Fasshaa® website, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging, accessories, or specifications may occur.
We reserve the right to improve, modify, update, or discontinue products, packaging, instructions, accessories, or specifications without prior notice.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, weather events, industrial action, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided with the order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details may be charged to the customer.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
