- 2 Add the remaining pegsWork outward. Each peg should sit comfortably in the webbing between your fingers.
- 3 Apply firm, even pressurePress gently. Keep your shoulders and elbows relaxed.
- 4 Hold for 3–5 minutesBreathe comfortably and stay relaxed. Let your fascia release naturally.
You don't need to push through discomfort.
Firm but comfortable — that's the sweet spot.
How to use Fasshaa® for your feet.
Many people notice the sense of release doesn't stay in the toes.
- 1 Place the board on a firm surfaceThe floor, a chair, or your desk. Sit comfortably with your feet relaxed.
- 2 Insert pegs between your toesStart with the middle peg, then add the rest. Adjust until pressure feels even in the webbing between each toe.
- 3 Let your foot's weight do the workGently press forward into the pegs. Keep your legs relaxed, without gripping or forcing.
- 4 Hold for 3–5 minutesYou can do both feet at once. Notice how your feet and legs feel afterwards.
Tips for getting the most out of it.
If it's your first time, ease in slowly. Your fascia needs time to adapt — less is more to begin with.
Deep, slow breathing helps you relax into the routine.
Always use both hands and both feet in the same session. Your fascial system is connected — balance matters.
3 minutes every day will do more than an hour once a week. Build it into your morning or evening routine.
At your desk, on the couch, during a flight, while watching TV. It fits into any moment of stillness.
Rinse with warm soapy water and dry fully before storing. Your carry bag keeps everything together.

Every day.
That's all it takes to start feeling the difference. Your body will thank you for it and once you feel it, you'll wonder why you waited.
