Stretch better. Move easier.

Why I Created Fasshaa®: The Release Tool

As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Personal Trainer, I saw the impact fascia has on how we move and feel every day. I discovered that releasing fascia between the fingers and toes can help reduce tension throughout the body. The challenge was finding a simple way to do it consistently.

So I created Fasshaa®.

A portable, adjustable tool designed to help you release fascia in just 3 to 5 minutes a day, wherever you are.
No bulky equipment. No getting on the floor. Just a simple way to support better movement and less tension.

Who We Are

Fasshaa® was created by Cristie Shuttleworth and co-founder Langdon Pentz to help people move more freely and feel better in their bodies.

Inspired by years of working with clients and a deep interest in fascia, Fasshaa® was designed as a simple, effective way to help release tension and support movement without complicated routines or bulky equipment.

Simple to use. Easy to take anywhere. Designed for everyday life.

What is fascia?

Fascia is connective tissue that wraps throughout your entire body. It surrounds muscles, joints, nerves, and organs like a continuous web.

Healthy fascia allows the body to glide, move, and adapt more freely.

When fascia becomes restricted, movement may feel tighter, stiffer, heavier, or more uncomfortable.

Why fascia matters

Over time, restricted fascia can quietly affect how your body feels, moves, and recovers every day.

Fascia responds to
  • Stress
  • Posture
  • Movement
  • Injury
  • Inflammation
  • Repetitive loading
  • Emotional tension
  • Ageing and hormonal changes
This can contribute to
  • Tightness and pulling
  • Stiffness and soreness
  • Restricted movement
  • Tension held in the body
  • Discomfort during daily activity
  • Slower recovery

Why the hands and feet?

The hands and feet contain dense fascial and sensory connections that influence movement patterns throughout the entire body.

By working through these areas, Fasshaa® supports a gentle release approach that many people find calming, grounding, and effective.

A different kind of recovery tool

While most recovery tools are aggressive, painful, or time-consuming, Fasshaa® was built around a gentler principle.

Portable

Compact enough to pop in your bag and use anywhere — desk, gym, couch, or on a flight.

Gentle, not aggressive

Works with your body, not against it. Firm, comfortable pressure. Never forced.

Washable

Easy to clean and maintain — built for everyday use without compromise on hygiene or quality.

Hands and feet

Uses the webbing between your fingers and toes as access points to your body's fascia network.

Short daily use

3–5 minutes a day is all it takes. Consistency beats intensity every time.

Comes with a guide

Easy to learn with the instruction guide and videos. No floor exercises or complicated routines.
