FAQs
Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that runs throughout your entire body, surrounding and connecting your muscles, joints, bones, nerves, and organs. When fascia becomes tight, dehydrated, or restricted, it can contribute to feelings of stiffness, tension, discomfort, and reduced movement.
Your hands and feet contain some of the body's most important fascial connection points. The webbing between your fingers and toes sits at the end points of many fascial lines throughout the body. Releasing tension in these areas may help the body move more freely and comfortably.
Fascia is a continuous network of connective tissue that runs throughout the body. The hands and feet contain important fascial connection points, which is why they are the focus of Fasshaa®. While individual experiences vary, many users report feeling changes beyond their hands and feet after use.
Fasshaa® uses specially positioned pegs to apply comfortable firm pressure into the webbing between your fingers and toes. This simple approach helps release tension in key fascial connection points without requiring bulky equipment, getting on the floor, or lengthy routines.
Many users report feeling less tension, greater ease of movement, improved comfort, and a greater sense of relaxation after using Fasshaa®. Individual results will vary.
You may notice:
- Easier movement
- Less stiffness
- Reduced feelings of tension
- Improved comfort when walking, exercising, or moving
- A greater sense of relaxation
- Areas that initially felt tender becoming less sensitive over time
You should feel comfortable firm pressure in the webbing between your fingers or toes while using Fasshaa®. You may also notice:
- Tenderness in certain areas
- Warmth
- Relaxation
- A feeling of release during use, or afterwards
It's completely normal for some areas to feel more sensitive than others. Factors such as daily activities, posture, repetitive movements, exercise, stress, previous injuries, and general lifestyle can all influence where tension accumulates in the body. The goal isn't to push through pain or chase the most tender spots — apply comfortable firm pressure and allow the area to gradually relax over time.
Use comfortable firm pressure. The pegs should remain upright, not leaning forwards, when you are using comfortable firm pressure. You should feel the pegs pressing into the webbing between your fingers or toes, but there is no need to force your hand or foot into the pegs or push through pain. More pressure does not necessarily mean better results.
Fasshaa® should not cause sharp or significant pain. Some tenderness or sensitivity can be normal, particularly in areas holding more tension. If you experience pain, reduce the pressure, reposition your hand or foot, or stop using the tool. Always work within a comfortable range.
Both can be beneficial. Many users report that releasing their hands creates a sense of ease through the upper body, while releasing their feet creates a sense of ease through the lower body. The best approach is to try both and see what works best for your body.
Stretching primarily targets muscles and joints. Fasshaa® focuses on releasing tension through key fascial connection points in the hands and feet. Many people choose to use Fasshaa® alongside stretching as part of their movement routine. You can use Fasshaa® before or after exercise, workouts, or stretching.
Massage balls and foam rollers often require floor work, awkward positions, and larger amounts of space. Fasshaa® allows you to target key fascial connection points while sitting comfortably in a chair, at a desk, or on the couch. It's portable, simple to use, and easy to incorporate into daily life.
Most people use Fasshaa® for 3 to 5 minutes. It can be used as a quick daily reset or as part of a longer movement or recovery routine.
You can use Fasshaa® daily. Many people find that regular, consistent use provides the greatest benefit.
Fasshaa® is suitable for most adults. If you have a medical condition, injury, circulation issues, diabetes, nerve disorders, or concerns about pressure based therapies, consult your healthcare professional before use.
Many people with arthritis use Fasshaa®. However, if you have active inflammation, severe pain, or concerns about using pressure based tools, consult your healthcare professional before use. Always work within a comfortable range and stop if discomfort increases.
